1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 72 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.
4. Shipping Fees
Free shipping applies to all full case orders within South Africa.
5. Age Verification
In compliance with South African law, alcohol may only be delivered to persons over the age of 18.
A valid photo ID may be requested at delivery.
If age verification fails, the order cannot be delivered, and redelivery charges may apply.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence, or miscommunication, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
It remains the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging our products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@zwartwater.co.za
within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue.
If your shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either reship your order or issue a refund.
